Meet Alicja

Our readers want to get to know you first, tell us about YOU what is your story?

Eight years ago I came from Poland to the USA because of my Husband’s job. We came here as a family of 3 (with our little boy), now we are a family of 5. During my motherhood journey, I went through some postpartum struggles as well as an identity crisis. I was able to “fight my fights” and build a new, purposeful life for myself and my family. I’m now enjoying every day with my kiddos, and am trying to be the best mom I can be. I developed a mission to support other moms when they feel overwhelmed and they’re struggling.

Now let's talk business, what do you do? Have you always wanted to have your own business- what inspired you to go down this journey?

My educational background is in psychology (I’ve got a master’s degree) and I’m so-called personal development junkie. I’ve never planned to be a mompreneur, but as a stay at home mom I was lacking creative outlet, some passion outside of housewife-life. I started a blog about redefining the way we look at motherhood and after a while, I decided to support other moms more directly and turned towards coaching.

What advice do you have for moms who want to start a business?

Life is full of lessons, what has this quarantine taught you?

Quarantine showed me exactly that I’m right in what I’m teaching my clients – we are creating our own happiness, it’s all about our mindset!
